Synopsis: prosecutors blew their load trying to get the perp's probation revoked, failed, and now he can claim double jeopardy defense.


I really hate that the cast member was so brutally attacked, and that it looks like justice won't be done.

I also hate that the cast was allowed to break many laws under the protection of off-duty APD officers. One (or was it two?) got busted for getting out of control, but I don't remember whether they were actually prosecuted. Seems like Will Wynn should have known it would happen.
